So basically: gunboat or AA Cleveland for ranked? Then IFHE, or DE? Or are they better off used together, so that you get the increased penetration and keep a decent fire chance? And then turret rotation, adrenaline expert? So that would mean packing the Hydro consumable instead of DF, for starters.
